The digital literacy session introduced seniors to useful applications such as WhatsApp, Uber, Ola, and Google Maps, along with a basic introduction to AI tools. The session also focused on digital safety, where participants learned about common online scams and practical ways to identify and avoid them.

HFC Picnic 4.0 was a fun outing organized for senior citizens in collaboration with Antara at their Whitefield facility. The day began with introduction followed by fun games and interactive activities that helped everyone bond and relax. A professional speaker conducted an insightful session on diet and wellness. The participants also showcased their talents, enjoyed a lively game of Antakshari, and shared lunch together. Overall, it was a memorable day filled with laughter and new connections.

Day 7 of the Swatantra Junior Masterclass by Happy Folks Club was a completely student-led event, where the Swatantra Junior kids planned, organized, and conducted the entire experience. The event brought together senior citizens (including residents from old-age homes), children from orphanages, and ticketed senior participants(residents) for a joyful intergenerational gathering.

A meaningful wellbeing experience by Happy Folks Club in collaboration with Anna Chandy & Associates, designed for seniors to explore happiness, independence, and renewed purpose in Act 3 of life. Led by Deepti Chandy, the session is a warm, interactive conversation where participants reflect, share experiences, and build meaningful connections with others in a similar phase of life.

The digital literacy session held on 5th March in Madavara primarily focused on digital safety and scam awareness for senior citizens. Participants were educated about different types of online scams, real-life examples, and preventive measures they can take to protect themselves. The session also covered basic usage of a few essential apps to make everyday digital tasks easier. Overall, the event aimed to increase awareness among seniors.

Sunrise Walk for Senior Citizens at the serene Lalbagh Botanical Garden is a refreshing way to begin the day. Designed to promote light physical activity, relaxation, and social connection, this experience offers a gentle walk amidst nature, along with simple and engaging activities in a calm environment. With comfortable seating arrangements and dedicated assistance throughout, it’s the perfect way to enjoy fresh air, meaningful conversations, and a positive start to the day.
