Our Recruitment Procedure

Application Submission

Submit your application through the official Happy Folks Club website.
Ensure all required details are accurately filled in before submission.

Response to Screening Questions

Once your application is received, you will get a message from the official HFC contact number containing a few screening questions.
Please respond to these questions promptly and thoughtfully to proceed to the next stage.

Primary Briefing Call

Our HR team will get in touch with you to schedule a primary briefing call.
This call will help you understand the internship expectations, structure, and next steps in the selection process.

 Interview and Viva

After your briefing, you will be scheduled for an interview and viva.
Applicants are expected to prepare for the viva using the HFC Internship Handbook, which contains essential details for this stage.

Application Status Notification

Post-interview, you will receive an official message from the HFC number informing you whether your application has been accepted or declined.

Secondary Briefing Call

Selected applicants will attend a secondary briefing call, where they will be guided on how to begin their journey at HFC and excel during their internship.

Intern Kit Purchase

You will then receive instructions on how to purchase your official HFC Intern Kit (T-shirt, Cap, Badge and additional services)
Completion of this step confirms your successful recruitment into the program.

 Your Training Program- Sampann

Once all the above steps are complete, you will begin your official training program, Sampann.
This program is designed to help you upskill yourself as well as understand HFC’s values, work culture and essential operations, preparing you for a fulfilling internship experience.

60 Hour Internships

Looking for a short and meaningful internship?

The 60-Hour Internship gives you a hands-on learning experience and a verified certificate recognized by colleges.

It’s simple, task-based and great for gaining quick exposure to how HFC works!

300 Hour Internships

Want to dive deep, climb the ladder and make a real impact?

The 300-Hour Internship is a full experience with offline and online work, departmental projects and opportunities to lead projects and departments.


You’ll receive training and development, a conditional Letter of Recommendation, stipend & bonus pay, and a 300-hour internship certificate.

Its perfect if you want to grow, lead and make the most of your time at HFC!

PERFECT (Performance and Enforcement)

The operations and logistics core of HFC, ensuring every event runs like clockwork. • Plan and execute HFC events across all branches with precision and professionalism. • Manage venue logistics, transport, equipment setup, registration, and scheduling. • Oversee hospitality to ensure seniors and guests have a seamless, comfortable experience.

HRM (Human Resource Management)

The department that powers our people. • Recruit, onboard, and train new interns across branches. • Design and implement intern training programs and orientation modules. • Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, role assignments, and handle internal promotions and exits. • Address intern concerns and ensure a healthy working culture.

DTAG (Digital Transformation and Growth)

Champions of innovation, transparency, and creative projects. • Manage the backend of the HFC app and website — including updates, bug fixes, and content uploads. • Lead non-operational yet high-impact initiatives like fundraiser campaigns, movie screenings, cricket leagues, and more.

The storytellers behind HFC’s growing digital presence. • Run and manage all official platforms — Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Work with designers, video editors, and writers to produce engaging content. • Curate campaigns, reels, event coverage, testimonials, and awareness posts. • Keep up with trends to help HFC stay relevant and reach new audiences.

HFC Bazaar and Finance

Our finance desk and product innovation hub. • Maintain transparent records of all income, event-wise admissions, and expenses. • Monitor fundraiser earnings and ensure all financial operations are documented. • Manage the HFC Bazaar — from inventory to setup and sales during events. • Continuously ideate, design, and roll out new senior-friendly merchandise and kits.

HFC Udyog & Corporate Relations

The bridge between Happy Folks Club and the professional world. • Build and sustain partnerships with NGOs, corporates, government bodies, and educational institutions. • Curate sponsorship proposals, follow up with partners, and secure funding or collaborations. • Create and manage the HFC Job Portal to connect senior citizens with jobs, freelancing, and volunteer roles. • Regularly source, update, and verify listings tailored to senior skillsets.

HFC Social Circle & Innovation

The creative heart behind every event and engagement strategy. • Conceptualize event themes, décor, games, activities, and talent showcases. • Prepare scripts, anchors’ content, and engagement flow for events and sessions. • Spearhead the Happy Folks WhatsApp community by managing groups, sharing daily games, talent prompts, and job updates. • Keep the digital community active, positive, and senior-friendly through content and intern coordination.

Member Relations

The soul of HFC — ensuring every senior feels valued and heard. • Handle outreach, onboarding, and consistent communication with senior citizen members. • Respond to concerns, collect feedback, and maintain a personal rapport with each member. • Work towards increasing retention and satisfaction through consistent engagement.

HFC Dosti Program

Form real, lasting bonds with seniors — like a grandchild would. • Spend warm, quality time with senior citizens through conversations, games, and shared activities. • Guide them through technology — from using smartphones and apps to ordering online or connecting with family. • Accompany them for daily tasks — doctor visits, walks, shopping, and more. • Plan meaningful outings like a movie night, museum visit, or a new café experience.
